How to measure ?

• CHEST: measure around the widest part of the chest, keeping the tape horizontal.
• WAIST: measure around the narrowest part of the waist (usually below the ribs), keeping the tape horizontal.
• SEAT: measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing.
