My Account

The different steps to create an Absolute Teamsport account :

  • Step 1: I click on the “my account” tab at the top right of the screen.
  • Step 2: I select “Create your account”.
  • Step 3: I enter my email address, which will also be my username, and validate.
  • Step 4: I create a password (respecting security requirements: minimum 1 uppercase, minimum 1 lowercase, etc.) then I validate.
  • Step 5: Fill in my details (surname, first name, etc…), then confirm.


Your account is created.

  • Step 1: I click on the “my account” tab in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Step 2: Enter your username/e-mail and password.
  • Step 3: Click on “Login”.
What if it doesn’t work?

You may have entered the wrong password. If you still can’t log in after several attempts, you can reset your password using the “Forgot your password?” link.

If you no longer have access to the e-mail address with which you registered?

If you can no longer log in with your password and you no longer have access to your e-mail address to reset your password, you can contact us so that we can change the e-mail address of your account.

If you wish to exercise your right to be forgotten, you can contact us and we will manually delete your account, provided it is not involved in a current transaction.

Deliveries

The delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose:

  • Home delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Delivery to Ingeldorf store: 1 working day
  • Delivery to another store: 2 working days

Weekends and public holidays do not count as working days. Luxembourg public holidays may add an extra working day to the delivery time of your order, as our warehouse is in Luxembourg.

Important: For all delivery methods, the choice of personalization extends the delivery time by 14 working days.

During peak periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be slightly longer. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

You can order your favorite soccer products on our absolute-teamsport.lu website and have them delivered directly to our Ingeldorf store.

This solution is ideal if you want to have your order delivered easily, without having to queue, or go to a post office or relay point.

How do I choose in-store delivery?

  • Confirm your basket with your preferred items
  • Fill in your delivery details
  • Choose the delivery method “in-store delivery”.
  • Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You must then wait for your order to be prepared and delivered to the store.
  • You will be alerted by email when the order has been prepared. You can then go to the store to collect your order.

The cost of delivery depends on the delivery method you choose for Luxembourg. 

  • Orders below 70€ : 5€
  • Orders over 70€ : FREE
  • In-store delivery: FREE

For orders to countries other than Luxembourg, the cost of delivery will be specified on the site when you fill in your delivery details.

Free delivery to Belgium, Germany and France for orders over €100. For Spain, Italy and Portgual, you need to purchase for 200€.

Returns & Refunds

When ordering from Absolute Teamsport, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order.

Returned items must comply with the return conditions. Failure to do so will result in the package being returned to sender or destroyed.

You have 3 possibilities to return an item sold and shipped by Absolute Teamsport:

  • Free return to our Ingeldorf store
  • Return with our label
  • Return by your own means

 

Return conditions

Items that are worn, scratched or smelly, worn, washed or without their labels attached cannot be sold again, and therefore cannot be returned.

All items personalized with a name (whether a player’s name, your own name, a number, a flag or a badge, and all other types of personalization) are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This applies to all items on our website or in our stores (shoes, shirts, gloves, pants, clothing, etc.).

FG soccer boots made to play on natural pitches (molded studs) used on synthetic pitches cannot be returned as this is a misuse of the item (see general sales conditions). To play on a synthetic pitch, you need to order suitable shoes (AG).

Returning a parcel with the return label

Is your return parcel ready? All you have to do is print out the return label we sent you by e-mail when you requested your return.

When you drop off your parcel, keep your receipt from the Post Office and wait 5 weeks. After inspection, your parcel will be refunded, minus the €6.99 return postage.

Returning a parcel by your own means

You may prefer to return your parcel by your own means to the following address:

If you wish to return your parcel by your own means, we advise you to choose a delivery method with tracking, as the shipment is your responsibility.

Yes. If you choose to return the product to one of our stores, your return will be free of charge.

No. If you do not wish to go to one of our stores to make the exchange and/or refund, you can send us back what does not suit you, at your expense, to the following address:

Please note that returns are only accepted in their original condition, i.e. with all labels and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we consider that the returned products have been used or damaged.

Yes. If the order has not yet been dispatched and you have decided to cancel it, you will be refunded using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Yes. If you have received your order and do not wish to keep one or more items from it, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. Once the return has been processed and accepted at our premises, you will be eligible for a (partial) refund of your order.

No. If you have received your order and do not wish to keep one or more items from it, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. If you do not respect this legal retraction period, your return will not be accepted and you will not be entitled to a refund.

No. If you have received your order and do not wish to keep one or more items from it, you can request a return by e-mail within 14 days of receipt. If you have respected the legal deadline, but we have received the items in poor condition (missing label, stain or hole, missing item, etc.), we will refuse the return and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Orders

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED

You will receive an e-mail for each stage of your order:

1 – Order created (optional): Your order has been registered but has not yet been paid for. In this case, you can renew your payment by following the instructions received by e-mail. If you no longer wish to place an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can cancel the order. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been cancelled.

2 – Order validated: Your payment has been validated, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a summary of your order and your personal details.

4 – Order completed: Your order has been prepared and is currently being taken care of by the carrier. It will be delivered shortly, according to your preference (in-store, to your home or at a relay point).

Please note: If you do not receive the confirmation or dispatch e-mail, please check your “junk mail” / “spam” folder. If you haven’t received one of the order emails, please check that it appears in your customer account under “My Orders”.

Track your order from your customer account :

1- Log into your Absolute Teamsport account.
2- Once on your dashboard, click on “My Orders” (by default, the last purchase is displayed).
3- Click on the desired order “see details” to access the tracking.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED

An email informs you that your order has been shipped, and you can now track your parcel(s):

Don’t worry, if your order is delayed, our team will contact you within 48 hours.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED

If we have not yet prepared your order, it is still possible to cancel it. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel the order. We will refund the amount of the order within 5 working days of the cancellation to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

IF YOUR ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED

If we have already prepared and dispatched your order, then it is no longer possible to cancel it. In this case, please wait until you receive your parcel and then request a return. Once your request has been accepted, please return the products to us in their original packaging within 14 days (legal retraction period). Once your return has been processed at our premises and accepted, you will receive your refund according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

1 – In the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect in the product, a 2-year legal warranty applies.
2 – If the problem is related to the order (error on the item) or during delivery (breakage), contact us, enclosing proof of the order defect. Once this has been processed by us, you will be reimbursed or the item will be returned to you, at our expense.
3 – If we have forgotten something in your order, please contact us by email or telephone.

When will my credit card be charged?
If you pay by credit card on our website, you authorize us to debit your payment. For Apple Pay and Bancontact, the debit is immediate. For Visa and Mastercard, we will debit your bank account only when your package is shipped.

How do I get my money back?
If you return items from your order, the refund will be made to the same bank account used to place the order. Once the refund has been processed by Absolute Teamsport (you will be notified by email at that time), your bank will add the amount to your account within a few working days. Generally, you will receive the refund in your bank account within 2-3 working days. Please note that for MasterCard cards, refunds can take up to 30 days.

Absolute Teamsport takes Internet security very seriously, for your protection as well as ours.

If your payment fails, it’s usually because your bank is blocking the transaction.
In most cases, your payment may be refused or declined by your bank for one of the following reasons:

  • Insufficient funds in your bank account
    mistyped card numbers or SMS security code
  • Your card/account does not allow purchases abroad
  • Your card/account has been subject to fraud in the past
  • Too many payment attempts close together
  • Reasons internal to your bank

 

There may be many other reasons why your payment is refused. You should usually contact your bank branch to find out why your online payments are being refused. It’s not Absolute Teamsport that blocks payments, it’s your bank.

It’s valid in Absolute Teamsport Ingeldorf and Wickrange, and on all products.
